矿井通风系统节能技术的应用与实践

摘要 煤矿生产中,随着工作面的推进,出现了通风阻力增大、风量不足、能耗增大以及设备运行效率低等综合问题。为了解决这些问题,结合生产实践对通风系统的现状进行了分析,在对通风阻力、通风机运行性能参数等进行测定的基础上,结合现场条件提出了相应的优化改造措施。最后通过生产实践验证了优化改造的节能效果和整体优化效果。 In coal mine production,with the advancement of the working face,there are comprehensive problems such as increased ventilation resistance,insufficient air volume,increased energy consumption,and low equipment operating efficiency.In order to solve these problems,the current situation of the ventilation system was analyzed in combination with production practice.Based on the measurement of ventilation resistance,ventilator operating performance parameters,etc.,corresponding optimization and transformation measures were proposed in combination with on-site conditions.Finally,the energy-saving effect and overall optimization effect of the optimization transformation were verified through production practice.
