矿井综合防尘措施探究

Comprehensive Dust Prevention Measures in Mines

随着煤矿开采机械化水平的提高,开采强度越来越大,矿井的粉尘浓度也随之增大。因此,如何采取有效的措施进行防尘是煤矿企业关注的重点问题之一。分析了矿井粉尘的来源,主要是采煤工作面和掘进工作面,介绍了矿井综合防尘措施,重点是减尘、降尘、捕尘、排尘和阻尘等,探讨了综合防尘未来的发展趋势,可以为矿井的综合防尘提供一定的参考。

With the improvement of mechanization level in coal mining,the mining intensity is increasing,and the dust concentration in mines is also increasing.Therefore,how to take effective measures to prevent dust is one of the key issues of concern for coal mine enterprises.This paper analyzed the sources of mine dust,mainly in coal mining and excavation working faces,introduced comprehensive dust prevention measures in mines,with a focus on dust reduction,dust concentration reduction,dust capture,dust removal,and dust blocking,and explored the future development trend of comprehensive dust prevention,which can provide some reference for the comprehensive dust prevention of mines.
