摘要
高校作为城市发展的“策源地”,其毕业生本地就业率的高低,关系到城市产业发展的高度和层次,关乎城市发展之未来。青年人才是推动城市地方产业优化升级的中坚力量,是中心城市建设的重要支撑,实现城市的高质量发展需要高度重视高校毕业生本地就业工作。而如何用足用好城市自身的高等教育资源,进一步提高高校毕业生本地就业率,加快把高教优势、人才优势转化为城市的发展优势和竞争优势,这一问题急需加以研究解决。且此项工作须常抓不懈,久久为功。
As the"source"of urban development,the local employment rate of college graduates is closely related to the height and level of urban industrial development,and has a bearing on the future of urban development.Young talents are the backbones of promoting the optimization and upgrading of local industries in cities,and an important support for central city construction.To achieve high-quality urban development,we need to attach great importance to the local employment of college graduates.How to fully utilize the city's own higher education resources,further improve the local employment rate of college graduates,and accelerate the transformation of advantages in higher education and talent into development advantages and competitive advantages for the city is an urgent issue that needs to be studied and solved.This task must be constantly carried out and continuously improved.
