高职院校助力共同富裕的现实困境与路径探索

摘要 高职教育要助力实现共同富裕,必须对自身所面临的教育资源效能偏低、服务区域能力不足及外部发展支持力度不够等困难做出积极回应。这既是高职院校助力实现共同富裕的要求,同时也是其自身发展的需要。本文作者在分析高职教育的短板及不足的基础上,进一步提出从科学设置专业和课程、加大“双师型”教师队伍建设及国家应营造有利于高职院校发展的外部环境等方面全力推动高职院校发展,为区域经济提供强大的技术、人才、资源支撑。 In order to help realize common prosperity,higher vocational education must respond positively to the difficulties such as low efficiency of educational resources,insufficient ability of service area and insufficient support of external development.This is not only the requirement of helping to realize common prosperity,but also the need of the development of higher vocational colleges.Based on the above analysis of the shortcomings and shortcomings encountered in higher vocational education,this paper puts forward that we should make every effort to promote the development of higher vocational education from the aspects of setting up specialties and courses scientifically,increasing the construction of“double-qualified”teachers,creating an external environment conducive to the development of higher vocational colleges,and providing strong support for regional economic development.
