以职业核心素养提升为导向的高职院校发展型资助实践路径研究

Study on the Development-oriented Funding Practice Path of Higher Vocational Colleges Guided by the Improvement of Professional Core Competencies

“后扶贫时代”和“教育新质量时代”的来临,对高职院校资助育人工作提出了新要求,对受助学生既要经济兜底,更要引导他们素质发展。当下高职院校资助体系进入了向“发展型”拓展的关键期,让学生提升职业核心素养,强化自我脱贫的能力,对阻断贫困代际传递有重要意义。本文基于对高职院校发展型资助的认识,以职业核心素养提升为切入点,分析两者间的耦合关系,挖掘资助体系建设困境,探索增强家庭经济困难学生可持续发展力的发展型资助实践路径。

The advent of the"Anti-poverty Era"and the"New Era of Educational quality"has put forward new requirements for the development-oriented funding education system of higher vocational colleges,which requires not only economic support but also quality development.The current funding system for higher vocational colleges has entered a critical period of expanding towards a"development-oriented"direction.It is of great significance to prevent intergenerational transmission of poverty by enhancing students'professional core competencies and strengthening their ability to lift themselves out of poverty.Based on the understanding of development oriented funding system in higher vocational colleges,taking the improvement of professional core competencies as the breakthrough point,this paper analyzes the coupling relationship between the development-oriented funding and professional core competencies,excavates the difficulties in the construction of funding system,and explores the practical path of development-oriented funding to enhance the sustainable development ability of students from financially disadvantaged families.
