摘要
目的探究复方黄水联合红外线治疗早期外阴白斑的临床疗效。方法选取60例早期外阴白斑患者,采用随机数组法将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组在常规护理基础上予红外线照射外阴治疗,观察组在对照组基础上予复方黄水湿敷外阴治疗。对比两组患者症状积分及临床效果。结果治疗后,观察组外阴瘙痒、白斑面积、皮肤弹性、其他症状积分分别为(3.6±1.2)、(6.1±1.3)、(8.8±1.6)、(4.2±1.1)分,均低于对照组的(6.2±1.3)、(10.5±2.1)、(10.5±1.9)、(8.3±1.7)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗3个疗程后,观察组治疗总有效率100.0%显著高于对照组的66.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方黄水联合红外线治疗早期外阴白斑具有较好的临床效果,能有效改善患者的外阴瘙痒、病变区域的面积、皮肤的弹性等症状。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of compound Huangshui combined with infrared rays in treating early leukoplakia vulvae.Methods A total of 60 patients with early leukoplakia vulvae were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received infrared radiation on the vulva on the basis of routine nursing,and the observation group received compound Huangshui wet compress on the vulva on the basis of the control group.The symptom score and clinical effect of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the scores of vulvar pruritus,white spot area,skin elasticity and other symptoms in the observation group were(3.6±1.2),(6.1±1.3),(8.8±1.6)and(4.2±1.1)points,which were lower than(6.2±1.3),(10.5±2.1),(10.5±1.9)and(8.3±1.7)points in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 courses of treatment,the total effective rate of 100.0%in the observation group was significantly higher than 66.7%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compound Huangshui combined with infrared rays has a good clinical effect in the treatment of early leukoplakia vulvae,and can effectively improve the patient's genital itching,lesion area,skin elasticity and other problems.
