The Practical Experience of Japan's Rural Industry Revitalization from the Perspective of Neo-endogenous Development

采取“以内为主,内外结合”新内生发展模式是21世纪日本推动乡村产业兴旺的成功实践。日本乡村产业的新内生发展框架包含自立、认同、参与、资源和创新。对宫城县伊豆沼农产有限责任公司的实地调查,验证了农业企业可利用新内生发展模式打造乡村特色产业,用资源的“内外联动”促进特色产业发展质量提升,最终带动乡村整体发展。

Adopting the neo-endogenous development model of internal dominace and internal-external integration is the successful practice of promoting Japan's rural industry in the 21st century.Through literature review,it can be seen that the neo-endogenous development framework of Japan's rural industry includes five aspects:independence,identity,participation,resources and innovation.Taking Izunumanousan,Ltd.as a case study,we found that agricultural enterprises can use the neo-endogenous development model to build characteristic industries in rural areas,promote the development quality of industries with the internal and external linkage of resources,and finally drive the overall development of rural areas.
