摘要
随着信息时代的飞速发展,光致变色材料因其在防伪和可擦除光信息存储方面的应用前景而受到越来越多的关注。在这项工作中,报道了一种锡酸盐结构光致变色粉末,在紫外光照射下,其颜色由白色变为棕色,并且可以通过365 nm光处理进行漂白。基于能量转移,将Er^(3+)离子掺杂到Ca_(2.02)SnO_(4)基体中,获得了具有特殊激发(380 nm)和发射(552 nm)特性的发光调制。通过紫外光照射,实现文字、图像信号的存储,然后通过254 nm紫外光读出存储信息,365 nm的光照射后擦除记录信息,通过采用紫外和365 nm交替照射,实现图像防伪。此外,存储的信息经过几个循环几乎没有变化,显示出优异的抗疲劳性和可逆性。这些结果表明,锡酸盐结构Ca_(2.02)SnO_(4):xEr^(3+)光致变色材料在光信息存储和防伪方面具有广阔的多功能应用前景。
With the rapid development of the information age,photochromic materials have attracted increasing attention due to their potential applications in anti-counterfeiting and rewritable optical information storage.In this work,we report a photochromic powder with a calcium stannate structure(Ca_(2.02)SnO_(4):xEr^(3+)),which turns from white to brown under ultraviolet light irradiation and can be bleached by treatment with 365 nm light.Based on energy transfer,Er^(3+)ions are doped into the Ca_(2.02)SnO_(4):xEr^(3+)matrix,resulting in luminescent modulation with unique excitation(380 nm)and emission(552 nm)characteristics.Through UV light exposure,textual and image signals can be stored,then read out using 254 nm UV light,and the recorded information is erased after exposure to 365 nm light.By alternating between UV and 365 nm light irradiation,image counterfeiting prevention is achieved.Moreover,the stored information remains almost unchanged after several cycles of“writing”,“reading”,and“erasing”,demonstrating excellent fatigue resistance and reversibility.These results indicate that the photochromic material Ca_(2.02)SnO_(4):xEr^(3+)with a calcium stannate structure has broad prospects for multifunctional applications in optical information storage and anti-counterfei ting.
