摘要
在新工科背景下,创新能力和实践能力的培养已成为高校人才培养工作的重中之重。针对传统教学模式中对学生创新实践能力培养不足的问题,结合德州学院实际发展状况和仪器分析的课程特点,开展“教-学-践”协同育人新模式的改革与探索。该模式始终围绕“以学生为中心”的教学理念进行教学设计,进行面向创新能力和实践能力培养的教学改革,以实现知识获取、能力培养和价值塑造的终极教学目的。
Under the background of new engineering,the cultivation of innovation ability and practical abil-ity has become the top priority of talent cultivation in colleges and universities.Aiming at the shortcomings of the traditional teaching mode in the cultivation of innovation ability and practical ability,the reform and exploration of the new mode of“Teaching-Learning-Practice”collaborative education is carried out in combination with the actual development situation of Dezhou University and the curriculum characteristics of instrumental analysis.This model focuses on the teaching concept of“student-centered”and carries out the teaching reform oriented to the cultivation of innovative ability and practical ability,so as to achieve the ultimate teaching objectives of knowledge acquisition,ability cultivation and value shaping.
