剖宫产术后切口憩室临床诊治特点研究进展

Progress in the Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment Characteristics of Incision Diverticula After Cesarean Section

子宫切口憩室是剖宫产引起的远期并发症,是因剖宫产术后子宫切口愈合不良,致切口处血供异常导致的子宫壁局部肌肉缺损。剖宫产术后切口憩室会导致阴道出血、经期延长、腹痛等症状,还会引起不育、异位妊娠等,处理不当甚至危及生命安全,所以早期诊断、治疗至关重要。子宫切口憩室检查诊断方法包括症状辨别、影像学检查、内镜检查等,临床可根据检查结果选择药物或(和)外科手术治疗,以改善患者预后。本文针对子宫切口憩室诊断、治疗方法作一综述,旨在为临床提供指导。

The uterine incision diverticulum is a long-term complication caused by cesarean section,which is a local muscle defect of the uterine wall caused by the poor uterine incision healing after cesarean section,and the abnormal blood supply at the incision.The incision diverticulum after cesarean section will not only lead to vaginal bleeding,prolonged menstruation,and abdominal pain,etc.,but also cause infertility,ectopic pregnancy.Improper treatment may even endanger life safety.Early diagnosis and treatment is very important.The diagnostic method of uterine incision diverticulum examination includes symptom discrimination,imaging examination,and endoscopy,etc.Clinically,drugs or(and)surgical treatment can be selected according to the examination results to improve the patient’s prognosis.The study reviews the diagnosis and treatment of uterine incision diverticulum,so as to provide clinical guidance.
