胎儿骶尾部未成熟性畸胎瘤一例

Immature teratoma of fetal sacrococcygeal region:a case report and literature review

胎儿骶尾部未成熟性畸胎瘤非常少见,该肿瘤的诊断主要依靠B超结合病理组织学和免疫组化结果,需与骶尾部成熟性畸胎瘤和脊膜膨出相鉴别。本例报道的胎儿骶尾部未成熟性畸胎瘤的确诊依靠病理大体检查、病理镜检和免疫组化染色,该肿瘤生物学行为为恶性,可以出现肿瘤浸润、转移,对母体的影响需要通过随访观察来确定。

Immature teratoma of the fetal sacrococcygeal region is very rare.The diagnosis of this tumor main-ly relies on ultrasound combined with pathological and immunohistochemical results,and needs to be differentiated from mature teratoma of the sacrococcygeal region and meningocele.The diagnosis of immature teratoma in the fetal sacro-coccygeal region reported in this case relies on pathological gross examination,pathological microscopic examination,and immunohistochemical staining.The biological behavior of the tumor is malignant,and tumor infiltration and metas-tasis may occur.The impact on the mother's body needs to be determined through follow-up observation.
