摘要
肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统(RAAS)是调节血压、体液平衡和电解质平衡的重要生理机制。Klotho蛋白最初在小鼠的肾脏中被发现,随后发现在人类内分泌器官、神经系统、肌肉组织等多个组织中都有表达。Klotho缺失和RAAS激活是不同原因导致的内皮损伤及组织纤维化过程常见病理表现。近年来的研究表明,Klotho蛋白与RAAS系统密切相关,但是RAAS与Klotho蛋白相互作用的机制尚未完全了解。本文主要对Klotho蛋白影响RAAS系统潜在通路进行综述,以期为未来的疾病研究及防治提供指导。
The renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system(RAAS)is an important physiological mechanism to regu-late blood pressure,fluid balance,and electrolyte balance.Klotho protein was first discovered in the kidneys of mice,and subsequently found to be expressed in a variety of human tissues,including endocrine organs,nervous system,and muscle tissue.Klotho deficiency and RAAS activation are common pathological manifestations of endothelial injury and tissue fibrosis caused by different causes.Recent studies have shown that Klotho protein is closely related to the RAAS system,but the mechanism of interaction between RAAS and Klotho protein is not fully understood.This paper mainly reviews the potential pathway of Klotho protein's influence on the RAAS system,in order to provide guidance for dis-ease research and prevention in the future.
