根管填充+冠修复术治疗乳牙牙体大面积缺损的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Root Canal Filling and Crown Restoration Surgery for the Treatment of Large Area Defects in Deciduous Teeth

目的探讨根管填充联合冠修复术用于临床治疗乳牙牙体大面积缺损的价值。方法选择2020年1月至2021年12月东港区石臼街道社区卫生服务中心接诊乳牙牙体大面积缺损儿童126例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法进行分组,对照组(63例)儿童治疗方案采取根管填充术,观察组(63例)儿童治疗方案采取根管填充联合冠修复术。对两组患儿进行为期12个月的跟踪随访,统计治疗成功率。对两组儿童治疗前后牙龈指数予以检测评估,比较组间统计学差异。观察各组儿童治疗后发生继发龋等并发症的总概率。结果观察组儿童治疗总成功率高于对照组(P<0.05)。实施治疗前两组儿童牙龈指数检测结果组间对比无统计学差异(P>0.05),治疗后观察组儿童牙龈指数低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组儿童发生继发龋等并发症的总概率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床治疗乳牙牙体大面积缺损疾病可在根管填充基础上联合冠修复术,能够有效提高临床疗效,减少并发症。

Objective To explore the value of root canal filling combined with crown restoration in the clinical treatment of large area defects in deciduous teeth.Methods A total of 126 children with extensive defects in their deciduous teeth were selected as the study subjects from January 2020 to December 2021 at the Community Health Service Center in Shijiu Street,Donggang District.They are grouped according to the random number table method.The control group(63 cases)received root canal filling surgery as the treatment plan;The observation group(63 cases)adopted a treatment plan of root canal filling combined with crown repair surgery for children;Follow up the two groups of children for 12 months and calculate the success rate of treatment.Test and evaluate the gingival index of two groups of children before and after treatment,and compare the statistical differences between the groups.Observe the total probability of secondary caries and other complications occurring in each group of children after treatment.Results The overall success rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before the implementation of treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the gingival index test results between the two groups of children(P>0.05).After treatment,the gingival index of the observation group of children was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).In addition,the total probability of secondary caries and other complications occurring in children in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The clinical treatment of large area defects in deciduous teeth can be combined with root canal filling and crown restoration surgery,which can effectively improve clinical efficacy and reduce complications,and is worthy of application and promotion.
