舌下含服粉尘螨滴剂治疗过敏性鼻炎患儿的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Sublingual Dermatophagoides Farinae Drops in the Treatment of Children with Allergic Rhinitis

目的观察在过敏性鼻炎患儿治疗时采取舌下含服粉尘螨滴剂的应用效果。方法选取2022年1月至2023年1月118例本院收入的过敏性鼻炎患儿,采用随机数字表法,将所选患儿划分对照组(基础抗敏疗法)与观察组(舌下含服粉尘螨滴剂),观察其疗效、症状积分、不良反应和生活质量。结果在临床疗效方面,与对照组比,观察组疗效更优(P<0.05);观察组较对照组鼻塞、鼻痒、打喷嚏和流鼻涕等积分改善效果更佳(P<0.05);观察组不良反应率低于对照组(P<0.05);在生活质量上,观察组的生理功能、社会功能、情感职能和精神状态等评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论过敏性鼻炎患儿经过舌下含服粉尘螨滴剂治疗后获得显著疗效,其不良反应较少,临床症状积分显著改善,且生活质量有所提升。

Objective To observe the application effect of sublingual administration of dust mite drops in the treatment of children with allergic rhinitis.Methods 118 children with allergic rhinitis admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected.The selected patients were randomly divided into a control group(basic anti allergic therapy)and an observation group(sublingual administration of dust mite drops)using a random number table method.The therapeutic effect,symptom score,adverse reactions,and quality of life were observed.Results In terms of clinical efficacy,the observation group showed better efficacy than the control group(P<0.05);The observation group showed better improvement in nasal congestion,itching,sneezing,and runny nose compared to the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);In terms of quality of life,the observation group had higher physiological,social,emotional,and mental functions than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Children with allergic rhinitis have achieved significant therapeutic effects after sublingual administration of dust mite drops,with fewer adverse reactions,significantly improved clinical symptom scores,and improved quality of life.
