互联网联合家庭病床模式对社区脑梗死后遗症疾病患者的疗效观察

Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of Internet Combined with Home Hospital Bed Model on Community Patients with Sequelae of Cerebral Infarction

目的探讨互联网联合家庭病床模式对社区脑梗死后遗症疾病患者的疗效。方法选取2022年6月至2023年6月社区脑梗死后遗症疾病患者共103例,随机分为观察组(52例)与对照组(51例)。对照组患者接受常规社区家庭病床模式干预,观察组则在此基础上接受互联网综合干预。使用Barthel指数评价干预前后两组患者日常生活能力,用NIHSS评分评价神经功能缺损,用Fugl-Meyer量表评价运功功能,同时记录治疗前后的血压变化,进行对比分析。结果干预后,观察组患者Barthel指数高于对照组患者,NIHSS评分低于对照组患者,FMA评分高于对照组患者,收缩压、舒张压低于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在常规社区家庭病床模式的基础上,基于互联网策略进行综合干预,不仅有助于促进社区脑梗死后遗症疾病患者的神经功能和运功功能恢复,还能提升其生活质量,帮助改善血压水平,具有实际临床价值,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of the Internet combined with home hospital bed model on community patients with sequelae of cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 103 patients with sequelae of cerebral infarction in the community from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected and randomly divided into an observation group(52 cases)and a control group(51 cases).The control group received routine community home bed intervention,while the observation group received comprehensive internet intervention on this basis.The Barthel index was used to evaluate the daily living ability of two groups of patients before and after intervention,the NIHSS score was used to evaluate neurological deficits,the Fugl Meyer scale was used to evaluate motor function,and blood pressure changes before and after treatment were recorded for comparative analysis.Results After intervention,the Barthel index of the observation group patients was higher than that of the control group patients,the NIHSS score was lower than that of the control group patients,the FMA score was higher than that of the control group patients,and the systolic and diastolic blood pressure were lower than that of the control group patients,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusions On the basis of the conventional community family sickbed model,comprehensive intervention based on the Internet strategy will not only help to promote the recovery of neurological function and motor function of patients with cerebral infarction sequelae in the community,but also improve their quality of life,help improve blood pressure levels,which has practical clinical value and is worth promoting.
