PDCA循环联合阶梯式健康教育在2型糖尿病患者中的护理价值研究

Study on Nursing Value of PDCA Cycle Combined with Step Health Education in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的对2型糖尿病患者采取PDCA循环联合阶梯式健康教育取得的效果进行分析。方法应用随机数表法将331例2型糖尿病患者(2021年1月至2023年9月)分成对照组165例、研究组166例,分别实施常规护理、PDCA循环联合阶梯式健康教育。比较两组的护理满意度,健康知识水平,血糖及生活质量。结果研究组护理满意度比对照组高(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,研究组的健康知识水平(疾病、饮食、运动、情绪)提升幅度更高(P<0.05)。研究组血糖改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组SF-36评分4个维度增分幅度大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论给予2型糖尿病患者PDCA循环联合阶梯式健康教育,可以提高患者疾病知识水平、血糖控制水平及生活质量。

Objective To analyze the effect of PDCA cycle combined with stepped health education in nursing patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods Three hundred and thirty-one patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(2021.1 to 2023.9)were divided into control group(165 cases)and study group(166 cases)by random number table method.Routine nursing,PDCA cycle combined with stepped health education were implemented respectively.Compare nursing satisfaction.Compare health knowledge level.Compare blood sugar.Compare the quality of life.Results Nursing satisfaction in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Compared to the control group,the improvement of health knowledge(disease,diet,exercise,mood)was higher in the study group(P<0.05).Blood glucose improvement in the study group was better than control group(P<0.05).The increase of SF-36 score in the study group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The combination of PDCA cycle and step health education can improve the level of disease knowledge,blood glucose control and quality of life of patients with type 2 diabetes.
