脊柱微创手术患者的围手术期快速康复外科理念护理干预作用

Perioperative Rapid Recovery Surgical Concept Nursing Intervention for Patients Undergoing Minimally Invasive Spinal Surgery

目的探讨脊柱微创手术患者行围手术期快速康复外科护理的效果。方法研究时间2022年1月至2023年1月,研究对象为开展脊柱微创手术的患者80例,以随机数字表法分为两组,观察组40例,对照组40例。对照组行常规护理,观察组行快速康复外科护理。观察两组住院时间、视觉模拟评分(VAS)、Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分(FMA)、日常生活能力评分(BI)、脊柱功能评分(SFI)及功能障碍评分(ODI)情况。结果护理后观察组住院时间比对照组短,且VAS评分比对照组低(P<0.05);护理后观察组FMA评分比对照组高(P<0.05);护理后观察组BI评分比对照组高(P<0.05);护理后观察组SFI评分比对照组高,且ODI评分比对照组低(P<0.05)。结论快速康复外科理念用于脊柱微创手术患者围手术期护理中的效果较好,可使患者的脊柱功能得到恢复,疼痛有所缓解,并且有效缩短了住院时间,具有应用价值。

Objective To analyze the application effect of perioperative rapid recovery surgical concept nursing in patients undergoing minimally invasive spinal surgery.Methods Eighty patients who underwent minimally invasive spinal surgery admitted to the hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 40 cases in each group,use the random number table method.Normal care was given to the control group,and rapid recovery surgery was given to the observation group.The length of hospital stay,visual analogue scale(VAS),Fugl Meyer motor function score(FMA),daily living ability score(BI),spinal function score(SFI),and functional impairment score(ODI)were observed in both groups.Results The hospitalization time of the observation group after nursing was shorter than that of the control group,and the VAS score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Patients in the observation group had a higher FMA score than in the control group(P<0.05).Patient BI scoring was higher in the observed group than in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the SFI score was higher in the observation group than in the control group,ODI score was lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of the concept of rapid recovery surgery in perioperative care of patients undergoing minimally invasive spinal surgery has shown good results,with spinal function restored,pain relieved,and effectively shortened hospital stay.It has practical value.
