儿童肺炎支原体感染的干预性护理与实施效果

Interventional Nursing and Implementation Effects of Mycoplasma Pneumoniae Infection in Children

目的探讨儿童肺炎支原体感染的干预性护理与实施效果。方法将2022年7月至2023年6月医院80例肺炎支原体感染患儿按随机数字表法随机分成两组各40例,对照组落实常规护理,研究组落实综合护理。关于两组症状消失时间、血清炎性因子指标、舒适度评分、睡眠质量评分作比较,关于两组家长的心理评分、护理满意度作比较。结果研究组患儿症状消失时间比对照组短(P<0.05)。护理后,研究组患儿血清炎性因子各项指标、睡眠质量评分、焦虑评分、抑郁评分均比对照组低,研究组患儿的舒适度评分、研究组家长的总满意率比对照组高,均P<0.05。结论综合护理方案落实于肺炎支原体感染患儿中,不仅可减轻患儿炎症反应,促使其症状尽快消失,提高患儿舒适度和睡眠质量,还可减轻患儿家长在心理方面的负性情绪,使其对于护理服务更加满意。

Objective To explore the intervention nursing and implementation effects of mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in children.Methods Eighty cases of children with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in hospitals from July 2022 to June 2023 were randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group by using a random number table method.Routine nursing was implemented in the control group,while comprehensive nursing was implemented in the study group.The time of symptom disappearance,serum inflammatory factor indicators,comfort score and sleep quality score were compared between the two groups,and the psychological score and nursing satisfaction of parents were compared between the two groups.Results The disappearance time of symptoms in the study group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the serum inflammatory factors,sleep quality score,anxiety score and depression score of the children in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The comfort score of the children and the total satisfaction rate of the parents in the study group were higher than those in the control group,all P<0.05.Conclusions Implementing a comprehensive nursing plan in children with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection can not only alleviate the inflammatory response of the children,promote their symptoms to disappear as soon as possible,improve their comfort and sleep quality,but also alleviate the negative psychological emotions of the parents of the children,making them more satisfied with nursing services.
