摘要
为了提高钻杆拆卸速度和改善转矩传递方式,文中根据液压管快速接头的工作原理对ZDY1900型钻机使用的63.5 mm钻杆接头进行改进和优化,研究设计了一种新型的钻杆连接方式。建立三维模型,导入ANSYS有限元软件进行静力学分析,并根据结果对接头结构进行进一步优化。改进后的快速接头改正了螺纹接头只能单向旋转的缺点,能够实现正反转动,并且装卸快速方便,更利于机械装卸和矿用钻机自动化发展。
In this article,in order to improve both the disassembly speed of the drill rod and the torque transfer mode,the working principle of the hydraulic pipe's quick joint is used to improve and optimize the ZDY1900 rig's 63.5 mm drill rod;ef-forts are made to design a new connection of the drill rod.A 3D model is set up and imported into the ansys for the statics analy-sis;and the joint structure is optimized according to the results.The optimized quick joint overcomes the threaded joint's disad-vantage that it can only rotate in one direction;instead,the quick joint can achieve the forward-and reverse-rotation,which is fast and convenient for load and unload on one hand and more conducive to both the mechanical load and unload and the development of mining-oriented rig automation on the other hand.
