基于Fluent的ZJ17卷接机组一次风分机理

摘要 由于梗丝分离效果受工作区间风速的影响较大,开展对一次风分装置风分机理的研究对提升香烟的品质具有重要意义。文中运用SolidWorks软件对一次风分装置进行建模,基于Fluent软件获得一次风分装置的出风口风速,并进行试验验证;在此基础上,对一次风分装置腔体内的风场、出风口风速和出风口至工作区间的风速进行分析。研究结果表明:一次风分装置内部气流区域回流和部分紊流现象明显;出口气流流速试验得出分布区间为21.87~25.9 m/s,仿真得出分布区间为21.0966~25.924 m/s,仿真结果与试验结果基本一致;出风口到工作区间的流速逐渐降低,流速变化速率也逐渐减小。一次风分装置内部气流区域回流和部分紊流会导致出风口风速分布不均匀;在外部风场的作用下,工作区间的风速分布会产生二次变化。 Since the effect of stem separation is greatly affected by the wind speed in the working range,it is of great signifi-cance to carry out the research on the mechanism of the first air separation device to improve the quality of cigarettes.In this arti-cle,the first air separation device is modeled by means of SolidWorks;and its wind speed at the outlet is worked out based on Flu-ent,and the experimental verification is carried out.On this basis,the analysis is conducted on the wind field in the first air sepa-ration device's cavity,the wind speed at the outlet,and the wind speed from the outlet to the working range.The results show that regional backflow and partial turbulence inside the first air separation device are obvious.From the experiment on the air-flow speed at the outlet,it is shown that the distribution range is 21.87~25.9 m/s;the simulation results show that the distribution range is 21.0966~25.924 m/s.The results obtained from the simulation are generally consistent with those obtained from the experiment.The air-flow speed from the outlet to the working range gradually decreases,and its changing rate also gradually declines.In conclu-sion,the combination of regional backflow and partial turbulence inside the first air separation device leads to the uneven distribu-tion of the wind speed at the outlet.Under the influence of the external wind field,the wind-speed distribution in the working area will produce secondary changes.
