面向国土空间规划的城市引力模型研究

摘要 为满足城市群国土空间规划编制和实施监督评价的需求,在传统城市引力模型的基础上增加了交通运输用地面积及占比、建成区路网密度、建成区绿化覆盖率、铁路网和公路网密度、铁路和公路交通通行最短时间等国土空间要素。构建了基于国土空间规划视角的城市引力模型,开展了2018年、2019年湖北省城市群城市关联度测算及其变化特征分析。实验结果表明:武汉与仙桃、天门、潜江,仙桃与天门、孝感的城市关联度增长较快;随州与襄阳、十堰的城市关联度增长较快;神农架与襄阳、十堰的城市关联度增长较慢;荆州与荆门、宜昌的城市关联度增长较快;恩施与荆州、荆门的城市关联度增长较慢。各城市需根据其城市质量指数和距离指数实际情况,因地制宜地制定城市发展策略。 To meet the needs of urban agglomeration spatial planning and implementation supervision and evaluation,based on the traditional urban gravity model,we added some territorial spatial factors,such as the area and proportion of transportation land,network density of built-up area,green ratio of built-up area,network density of railway and highway and the minimum transit time of railway and highway traffic etc.Then,we constructed an urban gravity model based on the perspective of territorial spatial planning,and carried out the urban correlation degree calculation and change characteristics analysis of Hubei urban agglomerations in 2018 and 2019.The experimental results show that the urban correlation between Wuhan and Xiantao,Tianmen,Qianjiang increases rapidly and the situation between Xiantao and Tianmen,Xiaogan is the same.The urban correlation between Suizhou and Xiangyang,Shiyan grows faster,while that between Shennongjia and Xiangyang,Shiyan grows slower.The urban correlation between Jingzhou and Jingmen,Yichang increases rapidly,while that between Enshi and Jingzhou,Jingmen grows slowly.Each city should formulate its urban development strategy according to the urban actual situation of quality index and distance index.
