摘要
新时期自然资源统一调查监测技术体系的构建与应用,为包括城镇地下空间资源在内的全空间、全要素自然资源调查监测工作提出了方向与任务。根据自然资源统一调查监测的顶层设计理念,以宁波市为例,提出了市级城镇地下空间资源调查监测总体思路与技术框架,促进建立城镇地下空间资源数据、技术、业务的协同实施机制,为国土空间规划编制与城市国土空间监测等工作提供底图底数,为各地城镇地下空间全要素统筹调查监测工作提供借鉴参考。
In the background of new period,the construction and application of natural resource unified surveying and monitoring technological system indicate directions and tasks for the natural resource surveying and monitoring work of entire space and all features including underground space resources.According to the top-level design of natural resource unified surveying and monitoring,we presented the technical framework and implementation methods of urban underground space resource surveying and monitoring,with a case study of Ningbo,and promoted a way to establish collaborative sharing mechanism of data,technology and implementation,which could provide a base map for the territorial spatial planning formulation and territorial spatial monitoring,and provide references for other cities of urban underground space surveying and monitoring.
