水泥路面聚氨酯填缝料有限元粘弹模型参数研究

摘要 研究了水泥路面接缝聚氨酯填缝材料有限元粘弹模型的确定过程。首先用动态剪切流变仪对聚氨酯嵌缝胶进行应变扫描,确定线弹性范围,然后选择应力进行应力松弛试验,获得多温度应力松弛模量曲线;选择ANSYS软件中合适的模型对试验数据进行曲线拟合,得到有限元广义Maxwell模型和Prony级数形式输入的材料粘弹参数;再确立温度-力学参数的回归公式,推导其他温度的粘弹力学参数。 The process of determining the finite element viscoelastic model of polyurethane joint filler for cement concrete joints was studied.Firstly,strain scanning was performed on polyurethane sealant using DSR to determine the linear elastic range.Then,stress was selected within the range for stress relaxation testing to obtain a multi temperature stress relaxation modulus curve.The appropriate model in ANSYS software for curve was also selected fitting of the experimental data.The finite element generalized Maxwell model and the material viscoelastic parameters inputted in Prony series form were obtained.Then a regression formula is established for temperature mechanical parameters and viscoelastic mechanical parameters for other temperatures were derived.
