轮斗连续开采工艺防控水技术研究

摘要 松散层含水区域轮斗高效开采是露天行业研究领域急需完善的内容,尤其第四系松散含水层对轮斗连续开采工艺影响最为突出;为了提升轮斗作业效率和降低维护成本,实现轮斗连续系统绿色、安全、经济开采,以霍林河煤田二号露天采区为实例,基于综合水文地质调查基础上,获得准确水文地质参数;运用COMSOL数值模拟软件建立轮斗规划期内开采含水层地下水流模型,设计轮斗开采工艺多年期规划下多种控水措施方案,预测多方案下的防控技术效果。 Efficient exploitation of wheel bucket in loose moisture area is an urgent content in the research field of open-pit industry,In particular,the quaternary loose aquifer has the most prominent influence on the continuous mining process of the wheel bucket.In order to improve the efficiency of wheel operation and reduce maintenance costs,realize the green,safe and economic mining of the wheel bucket continuous system,taking No.2 open-pit mining area of Huolinhe coalfield as an example,based on the comprehensive hydrogeological survey,the article obtains the accurate hydrogeological parameters,using COMSOL numerical simulation software to establish the groundwater flow model of mining aquifer during the wheel bucket planning period.The article designs various water control measures under the multi-year planning of wheel bucket mining process,predicts the effect of prevention and control technology under multiple schemes.
