Study on Preventive Maintenance Technology of Asphalt Road——Taking Yunjuan Expressway Project as an Example

结合郓鄄高速公路,论文总结沥青道路的常见问题,分析沥青路面质量评价指标体系,提出路面质量预测模型,确定基于质量预测的预防性管养方案,最后从完善管理养护体系,提升路面质量检测的数字化水平,加强对管养部门人员的职业道德和技术培训,推进养护设备的更新换代4方面明确了沥青道路预防性管养措施。

Combined withYunjuan Expressway Project,the paper summarizes common problems of asphalt roads,analyzes the asphalt pavement quality evaluation index system,proposed pavement quality prediction model,determines preventive management and maintenance programs based on quality prediction,and finally elarifies the preventive management and maintenance measures of asphalt roads from four aspects:improving the management and maintenance system,improving the digital level of pavement quality detection,strengthening the professional ethics and technical training of personnel in the management and maintenance department,and promoting the renewal of maintenance equipment.
