摘要
阐述热解炭化过程,分析生物质热解炭化反应的特点,从上料系统、原料预热系统、进料系统、供热系统、连续热解系统、出料系统6方面对热解炭化系统组成部分进行详细介绍,分析探讨生物质热解炭化技术目前存在的问题。
This paper describes the process of pyrolysis carbonization,analyzes the characteristics of biomass pyrolysis carbonization reaction,introduces the components of pyrolysis carbonization system in detail from six aspects:feeding system,raw material preheating system,feeding system,heating system,continuous pyrolysis system and discharge system,and analyzes and discusses the existing problems of biomass pyrolysis carbonization technology.
