摘要
针对目前我国高层建筑火灾频发,以及火灾发生后人员疏散逃生困难的情形,论文结合高层建筑的结构特点和当前消防安全管理的普遍现状,探讨利用BIM技术构建一种具备普适性的高层建筑消防安全管理模型,从而提升高层建筑的整体消防安全管理水平。
In view of the frequent fires in high-rise buildings in China,and the difficulty of evacuation and escape after the fire,this paper discusses the use of BIM technology to build a universal fire safety management model for high-rise buildings,so as to improve the overall fire safety management level of high-risebuildings.
