This paper introduces the main management measures for transforming a multi-storey frame structure teaching building that has been identified as not meeting safety requirements into a brick concrete structure reinforcement project.The frame structure teaching building was built in 1982 and uses fabricated integral reinforced concrete frame structure.The frame column foundation is a single cup foundation,the bottom filled brick wall is a strip foundation,the frame column is a layered and segmented prefabricated column,and the frame beam and longitudinal frame connecting beam are prefabricated composite beams.According to the requirements of current national codes,the building needs to be reinforced before it can be used.After comprehensively considering the cost and construction period of strengthening the frame structure,it is determined to change the load-bearing structure of the building structure into a masonry load-bearing structure.This article introduces the management and implementation plan for the construction process of transforming the load-bearing structure from a frame structuretoabrickconcrete structure.
