Research progress on the relationship between glucagon-like peptide 1 receptor agonists and thyroid tumors

摘要 胰高血糖素样肽1受体激动剂(GLP-1 RAs)可改善DM不良结局。GLP-1 RAs通过刺激啮齿类动物甲状腺C细胞异常增生和降钙素分泌等,影响甲状腺C细胞肿瘤。本文综述GLP-1RAs与甲状腺肿瘤关系的研究进展。 Glucagon-like peptide 1 receptor agonists(GLP-1 RAs)can improve the adverse outcomes of diabetes mellitus.It can affect the occurrence and development of thyroid C cell tumors by stimulating the abnormal proliferation of thyroid C cells and release of calcitonin in rodents.This article reviews the research progress of GLP-1 RAs and thyroid tumors.
