1100MPa级热轧板平直度控制机制及措施

Mechanism and measures for controlling the flatness of 1100 MPa hot-rolled plates

摘要 基于某厂1 100 MPa级钢板的热轧参数和开平板形监测,发现热轧卷内圈发生边浪的原因在于,内圈形成大量贝氏体组织,相变膨胀导致边浪产生。通过模拟计算和金相观察验证了上述结论。通过提高热轧中间坯凸度值(10%~15%),改善后机架窜辊策略,使比例凸度曲线斜率小于0,实现轧制中浪控制,抑制开平边浪,显著提高了成材率。 Based on the hot rolling parameters and flatness monitoring of 11oo MPa grade steel plates in a certain factory,it was found that the mechanism of edge waves in the inner ring of the hot rolled coil is the formation of a large amount of bainite in the inner ring,which leads to phase transformation expansion and edge waves.The above conclusion was verified through simulation calculations and metallographic observations.By increasing the convexity value of the intermediate billet(10%~15%)and improving the roll shifting strategy of the rear frame,the slope of the proportional convexity curve is less than O,achieving rolling middle wave control,suppressing edge waves,and significantly improving the pass rate.
