摘要
首先对“食品工程原理”课程教学的融入点进行了详细阐述,结合融入点,以第一章静力学原理这节课设计,阐述“学生为主体,教师为主导”的课程思政体系,借助新媒体信息技术,持续完善课程思政资源库建设,在实验教学中融入课程思政元素,弥补传统实践教学弊端,延伸实验深度和广度,学生在实验过程中,创新和创造能力得到了显著提高。
This article first provides a detailed explanation of the integration points in the teaching of the course “Principles of Food Engineering”.Based on the integration points,the first chapter of the course “Principles of Statics” is designed to elaborate on the ideological and political system of the course “student-centered,teacher led”.With the help of new media information technology,the construction of the course ideological and political resource library is continuously improved,and the ideological and political elements of the course are integrated into experimental teaching to make up for the shortcomings of traditional practical teaching.By extending the depth and breadth of the experiment,students' innovation and creativity abilities have been significantly improved during the experimental process.
