云南独龙族家庭食品安全行为研究

Research on Family Food Safety of Dulong Ethnic Group in Yunnan

摘要 独龙族是云南特少民族之一,主要居住在怒江州独龙江乡。近年来推行的“整乡推进和整族帮扶”、脱贫攻坚和乡村振兴战略,使其生存居住环境有了很大改善。通过田野调研发现,独龙族家庭在安全行为、安全态度、安全态度等方面存在不少食品安全问题,对当地居民卫生健康造成威胁。该研究运用人类学、社会学研究方法,通过定性与定量方法的结合,探究区域家庭食品安全方面存在的食品安全知识匮乏、食品处理不科学、传统烹饪存在安全隐患等问题,继而提出开展食品安全行为调查、加大宣传教育、建立食品安全规范制度等合理化建议。 The Dulong people are one of the special minority ethnic groups in Yunnan,mainly living in Dulongjiang Township,Nujiang Prefecture.In recent years,the strategies of “promoting rural improvement and helping the whole ethnic group”,poverty alleviation and rural revitalization have greatly improved their living environment.Through field research,it is found that there are still many problems in the safety behavior,safety attitude and safety attitude of the Dulong family,which pose a threat to the health of local residents.This study uses anthropological and sociological research methods,combining qualitative and quantitative methods,to explore the problems of food safety knowledge scarcity,unscientific food processing,and safety hazards in traditional cooking in regional households.It then proposes reasonable suggestions such as conducting food safety behavior surveys,increasing publicity and education,and establishing food safety regulatory systems.
