摘要
课程思政是高校思想政治教育工作的重要一环,学生思想政治素质的培养重点在于引导他们树立正确的世界观、人生观和价值观。然而,高校的思政教育对于理工科的学生而言甚是不足,文章以中国农业大学食品专业基础课程“食品卫生与安全控制”为例,剖析了传统课程思政建设存在的主要问题。结合课程性质及特点,深入挖掘思政元素,将思政工作与专业教学有机融合,对其有效实施举措深入探索,准确掌握学生思政思想,逐步提高学生的思想觉悟、政治信念和道德品格,使学生在面对人生路上各种问题时能够正确应对和有效解决,同时为其他食品类专业课程的进一步思政教学改革和实践提供借鉴和研究基础。
Curriculum ideology and politics is an important part of the current ideological and political education work in colleges and universities.The cultivation of students' ideological and political quality key is to guide them to set up the correct world views,view of life,and sense of worth.However,the education on ideological and political education in universities is very insufficient for students of science and technology.This article takes “Food Hygiene and Safety Control”,a basic course in the food major of China Agricultural University,as an example to analyze the main problems existing in the construction of ideological and political education in traditional courses.Combined with the nature and characteristics of the course,we deeply explore ideological and political elements,organically integrate ideological and political work with professional teaching,and conduct in-depth exploration of effective implementation measures to accurately grasp students' ideological and political thoughts and gradually improve students' ideological awareness,political beliefs and moral character.It enables students to respond correctly and effectively solve various problems in life,and at the same time provides reference and research basis for further ideological and political teaching reform and practice in other food professional courses.
