摘要
灵芝三萜是以羊毛甾烷型三萜为基本骨架的四环三萜类化合物。灵芝三萜化合物种类繁多,按结构中是否具有羧基可分为灵芝酸性三萜和灵芝中性三萜。灵芝三萜类化合物的药理活性广泛,如抗肿瘤、保肝、抗辐射、促血管生成、抗炎等。文中整理了近10年来文献报道的225个天然来源的灵芝三萜类化合物的结构、来源及药理活性,并展望了灵芝三萜类化合物的研究前景。
Ganoderma triterpenes,which hold various chemical structures,are the tetracyclic derivatives of lanostane.They are usually classified into two groups according to the presence or absence of carboxyl groups:acidic triterpene with at least one carboxyl group and neutral triterpene without any of carboxyl groups.Ganoderma triterpenes show many biological activities,such as antitumor,hepatoprotection,radiation protection,proangiogenesis,and anti-inflammation.This review summarizes the structures,sources and bioactivities of Ganoderma triterpenes(a total of 225 compounds)from papers reported in the recent ten years together with discussions on future researches and explorations of the medicinal values of the Ganoderma triterpenes.
