摘要
为解决长治仙泉煤业15105工作面存在数量众多的空巷,可能导致回采过程中出现强烈动载发生顶板事故的问题,采用FLAC3D数值模拟软件对工作面临近空巷期间超前支撑应力情况进行计算,并以此为依据设计充填支柱参数,通过改变注浆材料配比,利用相同材料获得了不同抗压强度支撑物,满足了充填支柱不同结构要求。实践证明:在采用充填支柱对工作面空巷进行支护后,工作面在回采过程中未发生大规模片帮、冒顶和支架压死情况,工作面顺利通过空巷。
In order to solve the problem that there were a large number of empty roadways in No.15105 Face of Xianquan Coal Industry in Changzhi,which may lead to roof accidents caused by strong dynamic load during the mining process,FLAC3D numerical simulation software was used to calculate the advance support stress during the working face near the abandoned roadways,and the filling pillar parameters were designed according to this.The same material was used to obtain different compressive strength supports,which met the different structural requirements of filling pillars.The practice proved that after the filling pillar was used to support the open roadway of the working face,there was no large-scale sheet wall,roof collapse and support crushing in the process of mining,and the working face passed through the open roadway smoothly.
