摘要
煤矿瓦斯抽采过程中,管路内壁煤泥、锈蚀渣等污垢的积累,严重影响了管路的疏通和瓦斯抽采效率。为解决这一问题,提出了一种以管路冲洗装置为主的快速冲洗技术,并进行了工业性试验。结果表明,每冲洗100 m管路平均用时2.2 h,与传统清洗方式相比,效率提高2倍左右,每100 m管路清洗后抽采负压提升1 kPa。该技术能够有效地对抽采管路中渣屑、附着煤泥进行快速清理,有效的保障了抽采管路的安全运行,提高了瓦斯抽采效果。
In the process of coal mine gas extraction,the accumulation of dirt such as slime and rusty slag on the inner wall of the pipeline seriously affects the dredging of the pipeline and the efficiency of gas extraction.In order to solve this problem,a fast flushing technology based on pipeline flushing device is proposed and industrial test is carried out.The results show that the average time of flushing 100 m pipeline is 2.2 h.Compared with the traditional cleaning method,the efficiency is increased by about 2 times,and the negative pressure of extraction is increased by 1 kPa after cleaning every 100 m pipeline.This technology can effectively clean up the slag chips and attached slime in the extraction pipeline,effectively ensure the safe operation of the extraction pipeline,and improve the gas extraction effect.
