摘要
随着煤化工行业的规模化发展,各类新技术也逐渐得到了广泛应用,其中的脱硫工艺在环保、技术与经济性等方面的优势都十分突出,能够充分满足脱硫行业建设及发展中的工艺需求,减少大气污染及酸雨,节约资源、成本,提高燃煤利用率,同时可根据燃煤条件及环境等基础因素,针对性的选择更为适宜的脱硫技术。因此,为了将脱硫工艺的效率及水平进一步提升,就需对其工艺优化措施展开研究及讨论,基于创新推动脱硫工艺的发展,为煤化工行业的进步及现代化建设奠定工艺基础。
With the large-scale development of the coal chemical industry,various new technologies have gradually been widely applied.The desulfurization process has outstanding advantages in environmental protection,technology,and economy,which can fully meet the process needs of the desulfurization industry construction and development,reduce air pollution and acid rain,save resources and costs,and improve coal utilization rate.At the same time,it could be based on basic factors such as coal combustion conditions and environment,targeted selection of more suitable desulfurization technologies.Therefore,in order to further improve the efficiency and level of desulfurization technology,it is necessary to conduct research and discussion on its process optimization measures,based on innovation to promote the development of desulfurization technology,and lay a process foundation for the progress and modernization construction of the coal chemical industry.
