吉林梅花鹿血液生理生化指标及与生长性能的相关性

Correlation between blood physiological and biochemical indexes and growth performance of Jilin sika deer

为了探究梅花鹿的血液生理生化指标及其与梅花鹿生长性能的相关性,试验测定了68头成年吉林梅花鹿(公鹿36头、母鹿32头)的生长性能,并采集血液样本测定生理生化指标,再应用双变量Pearson检验进行生长性能与血液生理生化指标的相关性分析。结果表明:母鹿的血红蛋白含量、白球比、钙含量极显著高于公鹿(P<0.01);母鹿的血小板数,碱性磷酸酶、淀粉酶活性,磷、总胆汁酸含量极显著低于公鹿(P<0.01)。公鹿的血小板数、总蛋白含量与体重、体高极显著正相关(P<0.01);母鹿的血小板数与体重显著极正相关(P<0.01);母鹿的总蛋白含量与胸深极显著正相关(P<0.01);公鹿的白细胞数、淋巴细胞数、中性粒细胞数与茸重极显著正相关(P<0.01)。说明成年梅花鹿公鹿与母鹿的血液生理生化指标存在一定的差异,血小板数和总蛋白含量与体重、体尺正相关,白细胞数与茸重正相关。

In order to explore the physiological and biochemical characteristics of blood in sika deer and their correlation with the growth performance of sika deer,the growth performance of 68 adult Jilin sika deer(36 males and 32 females)were measured,and physiological and biochemical indicators of the blood samples were determined.The body weight,body size,and antler weight data of the samples were recorded,and the correlation between body weight,length,and velvet weight with blood physiological and biochemical indicators was analyzed by a bivariate Pearson test.The results showed that the hemoglobin,albumin globulin ratio,and calcium levels of female deer were significantly higher than those of male deer(P<0.01).The number of platelets,alkaline phosphatase,amylase,inorganic phosphorus,and total bile acid in female deer were extremely significantly lower than those in male deer(P<0.01).The platelet number and total protein indicators of male deer were extremely significantly positively correlated with body weight and body height(P<0.01).The platelet count of female deer was extremely significantly positively correlated with body weight(P<0.01).The total protein index of female deer was extremely significantly positively correlated with breast depth(P<0.01).The number of white blood cells and their components(lymphocytes and neutrophils)in male deer were extremely significantly positively correlated with antler weight(P<0.01).The results indicated that there were certain differences in blood physiological and biochemical indicators between male and female sika deer.Platelet count and total protein were positively correlated with body weight and body size,and white blood cell count was positively correlated with antler weight.
