摘要
文章基于自我决定和角色认同理论,通过对43家旅游企业的领导-员工配对调研数据的采集,构建了变革/交易型领导、组织差序氛围对员工亲环境行为影响的跨层模型。研究结果表明:(1)变革型领导对旅游企业员工亲环境行为具有正向作用,而交易型领导则相反;(2)心理授权与内部人身份感知在变革/交易型领导与员工亲环境行为之间起链式中介作用;(3)组织差序氛围显著调节变革/交易型领导通过心理授权与内部人身份感知对员工亲环境行为的影响。文章结论拓展了领导风格、组织氛围影响员工亲环境行为的跨层次理论与实证研究,并为推进旅游企业的内部环境管理实践提供了指导。
Based on the self-determination theory and role identity theory,this study recruits 450 manageremployee dyads from 43 tourism enterprises to construct a multi-level model regarding the impact of transformational/transactional leadership and chaxu climate on employee pro-environmental behavior(PEB)in tourism and hospitality industry.The results are as follows:(1)Transformational leadership has a positive impact on employee PEB,while transactional leadership has the opposite effect.(2)Psychological empowerment and perceived insider status serve the role of chain mediators between transformational/transactional leadership and employee PEB.(3)Chaxu climate has a negative moderating effect on the relationship between transformational/transactional leadership and employee pro-environmental behavior via psychological empowerment and perceived insider status.In sum,this study enriches the theoretical and empirical research of employee PEBs,as well as provides directions for improving the effectiveness of internal environmental management of tourism and hospitality organizations.
