摘要
叙述了在鞍钢股份炼钢总厂开展的RH、LF铸余钢渣热态循环利用技术的开发与应用研究。实现LF炉配加铸余渣冶炼技术,将LF热态铸余钢渣返回LF炉循环利用,有利于LF前期的快速成渣和埋弧操作,节省了LF渣料消耗和电耗。
This paper describes the development and application of the recycling technology of RH and LF casting residue in hot state carried out in General Steel-making Plant of Angang Steel Co.,Ltd.The smelting technology of LF with casting residue is realized,and the LF hot casting residue is returned to LF furnace for recycling,which is conducive to the rapid slagging and submerged arc operation in the early stage of LF,and saves the LF slag consumption and power consumption.
