浅谈IGCT在干熄焦中压变频器中的应用

摘要 介绍了IGCT(集成门极换流晶闸管)的特点及工作原理,结合炼焦干熄焦循环风机中压变频器,对比IGCT和IGBT技术,对IGCT在中压变频技术中的应用进行了详细说明,对掌握更多的IGCT维护知识有着积极的作用。 This paper introduces the characteristics and working principle of IGCT T(IntegratedGate-Commutated Thyristor),combines the medium voltage frequency converter of coking CDQ circulating fan,compares IGCT and IGBT technology,and describes the application of IGCT in medium voltage frequency converter technology in detail,which has a positive effect on mastering more IGCT maintenance knowledge.
