摘要
为缓解现行交通压力,利用上海奉浦大桥东侧先期已实施的主桥水中墩基础进行奉浦东桥的续建。奉浦东桥主桥跨径组合(85.15+125.00+125.00+125.00+85.15)m,上部结构采用预应力波形钢腹板连续梁桥,下部结构采用薄壁空心直立式桥墩。主梁为单箱双室截面,箱内采用钢横隔板与钢横撑混合布置形式。墩顶0号节段采用钢混组合构造,钢箱与混凝土板之间设置焊钉连接件,外围焊钉包裹胶套以避免受力集中。全桥腹板均采用1600型波形钢板,为提高中支点区段腹板稳定性,沿纵向设置T形加劲肋,无需现场浇筑内衬混凝土。波形钢腹板与混凝土顶板间采用双开孔板连接件,并在各节段前端增设梅花形开孔构造并混合配置焊钉以改善连接件受力;腹板与混凝土底板采用焊接角钢的翼缘形结合部。主桥上部结构采用工厂化节段预制、现场悬臂拼装的施工工艺,提高了施工效率及安全性。
To relieve the current traffic pressure,the water pier foundation of the main bridge on the east side of Shanghai Fengpu Bridge has been used for the continuation of Fengpu East Bridge.The span combination of the main bridge of Fengpu East Bridge is(85.15+125.00+125.00+125.00+85.15)m.The upper structure is a prestressed corrugated steel web continuous beam bridge,and the lower structure is a thin-walled hollow vertical pier.The main beam is a single box with double chamber section,and the box adopts the mixed arrangement of steel diaphragms and steel cross braces.The No.0 segment at the pier top is of steel-concrete composite structure,and a stud connector is set between the steel box and the concrete slab.The peripheral stud is wrapped with a rubber sleeve to avoid stress concentration.The whole bridge web is made of 1600 corrugated steel plate.To improve the stability of the webs in the middle fulcrum section,T-shaped stiffeners are set along the longitudinal direction,without the need for cast-in-place concrete lining.A double perforated plate connector is used between the corrugated steel web and the concrete top plate,and a plum blossom shaped opening structure is added at the front end of each section,and welding studs are mixed to improve the stress of the connector;the web plate and concrete base plate adopt the flange joint of welded angle steel.The superstructure of the main bridge adopts the construction technology of industrialized segmental prefabrication and on-site cantilever assembly,which improves the construction efficiency and safety.
