球墨铸铁管道穿插法非开挖修复技术探讨

摘要 非开挖修复技术已被认可为城市可持续发展的10个关键技术之一。由于市场需求旺盛,各种供排水管道非开挖修复技术不断出现,且发展迅速,多以非结构修复和半结构修复为主。球墨铸铁管道穿插法非开挖修复技术是结构性修复工法之一,国内首次成功应用在河南省郑州市文化路供水管道改造提升工程上,是项目团队坚持技术创新的成果。文章以实际工程为例,分析球墨铸铁管道非开挖穿插法修复技术的特点,总结该种技术的优劣势,展望了未来的发展前景。 Trenchless remediation technology has been recognized as one of the 10 key technologies for urban sustainable development.Due to the strong market demand,various trenchless repair technologies for water supply and drainage pipelines continue to appear and develop rapidly,mainly non-structural repair and semi-structural repair.The trenchless repair technology of ductile iron pipeline through method is one of the structural repair methods.It has been successfully applied in the reconstruction and upgrading project of Wenhua Road water supply pipeline in Zhengzhou,Henan Province for the first time in China.It is the result of the project team's adherence to technological innovation.Taking a practical project as an example,it analyzes the characteristics of the trenchless interpenetrating repair technology for ductile iron pipes,summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of this technology,and looks forward to the future development prospects.
