摘要
气体绝缘金属封闭开关设备(GIS)在电力系统应用中存在发热损耗难以检测、电流密度大、涡流损耗大等问题。通过电磁-流场-热场的多物理场耦合模拟,探讨了GIS的电磁场和温度场分布特性,揭示出其分布规律,并分析了有无日照辐射、额定电流大小和环境温度大小这3种因素对GIS温度分布的影响。仿真结果表明:在GIS的横截面上,其温度分布呈现出左右对称、上部高于下部的物理规律;日照辐射对GIS温度提升有显著影响;运行电流的大小对GIS温升的影响最大;外部环境温度对GIS温升的影响效果不太明显。
In the application of Gas-Insulated Switchgear(GIS)in the power system,there are lots of problems such as difficult detection of heat loss,high current density,and large eddy current loss.Therefore,in this study,the electromagnetic and temperature field distribution characteristics of GIS are explored and their distribution rules are revealed through the multi-physics field coupling simulation of electromagnet-flow-thermal fields.At the same time,the influence of light radiation,rated current and ambient temperature on GIS temperature distribution is analyzed.The simulation results show that in the cross section of GIS,the temperature distribution is bilaterally symmetrical,and the upper part is higher than the lower part;light radiation has a significant effect on the temperature rise of GIS;the value of the operating current has the greatest influence on the temperature rise of GIS;the effect of external ambient temperature on GIS temperature rise is not obvious.
