基于多维影响因素的在线学习绩效监测预警研究

摘要 本文从学习绩效理论视角出发,以学习行为、学习满意度和学习结果三维度影响因素,基于非线性门限回归模型对在线学习绩效监测预警进行研究。研究结果表明,学习行为、学习满意度和学习结果维度变量对在线学习绩效产生的影响是非线性的,具有“门限效应”特征;资源条件保障因素和学习者自身学习能力因素在“学习行为低效”区制中的影响相对较大,互动交流性因素在“学习行为高效”中的影响相对较大;在线学习绩效形成过程的非线性转换,依赖于学习行为等影响因素发生作用的“动力来源”改变。因此,需要通过构建以有效互动为牵引的数字化空间教学模式、强化以信息化素养提升为核心的在线学习支持服务体系建设等途径,持续推动在线教育质量提高。 This article starts from the perspective of learning performance theory,and uses three-dimensional factors such as learning behavior,learning satisfaction,and learning outcomes as support to study online learning performance monitoring and warning based on a nonlinear threshold regression model.The research results indicate that the variables of learning behavior,learning satisfaction,and learning outcomes have a non-linear impact on online learning performance,characterized by a“threshold effect”.The factors of resource conditions guarantee and learners'own learning ability have a relatively significant impact on the“inefficient learning behavior”system,while the interactive and communicative factors have a relatively significant impact on the“efficient learning behavior”system.The nonlinear transformation of the formation process of online learning performance depends on the changes in the“source of motivation”formed by the influence of factors such as learning behavior.Therefore,it is necessary to continuously promote the improvement of online education quality by constructing a digital spatial teaching model driven by effective interaction,strengthening the construction of an online learning support service system centered on improving information literacy,and other means.
