摘要
目的探讨孤独症谱系障碍(ASD)儿童母亲自我效能感与亲职压力的相关性。方法采用方便抽样法,选取2022年10月-2023年10月我科收治的ASD儿童母亲82名为研究组,行常规体检健康儿童母亲78名为对照组。采用自制人口学资料调查表、亲职压力量表简表(PSI-SF)和一般自我效能感量表(GSES)进行问卷调查,采用Pearson相关性分析法分析ASD儿童母亲自我效能感与亲职压力的相关性。结果回收有效问卷160份(95.24%),研究组PSI-SF总分及亲职愁苦、亲子互动失调、困难儿童三个维度评分均高于对照组,一般自我效能感得分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。Pearson相关性分析结果显示,ASD儿童母亲自我效能感与亲职压力总分及亲职愁苦、亲子互动失调、困难儿童3个维度均呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论ASD儿童母亲的自我效能感较低,亲职压力较高,两者呈负相关。医护人员应针对性采取干预措施,提高ASD儿童母亲的自我效能感,减轻亲职压力。
Objective To explore the characteristics and correlation between general self-efficacy and parenting stress of mothers with autism spectrum disorder(ASD)children.Methods A total of 82 mothers with ASD children and 78 mothers with healthy children were investigated using the self-made general demographic data questionnaire,the parenting stress scale and the general self-efficacy scale,respectively.Pearson correlation analysis was conducted to explore the correlation between maternal self-efficacy and parenting stress of mothers with ASD children.Results The total score of parenting stress and the scores of parenting distress,parent-child interaction disorder and difficult child of mothers with ASD children were higher than those of mothers with healthy children.The general self-efficacy score was significantly lower than that of mothers of normal children(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that the general self-efficacy of mothers with ASD children was negatively correlated with the scores of parenting stress and parenting distress,parent-child interaction disorder,and difficult child(P<0.05).Conclusion ASD children mother's self-efficacy is lower,and parenting stress is higher.And ASD children mother's general self-efficacy and negatively correlated with parenting stress.
