摘要
在大数据时代背景之下,劳动教育日益呈现多维新样态。在逻辑转向上,大数据助推劳动教育主体“多元”联动,劳动教育模式“个性化”重塑,推劳动教育成果“创造性”转化。在应然指向上,要在劳动观念养成中导入大数据思维,在劳动精神塑造中引入大数据特质,在劳动素质提升中融入大数据技能。在实践路向上,必须以大数据为连接构建劳动教育在线平台,以大数据为支撑完善劳动教育评价体系,以大数据为牵引深耕劳动教育文化与环境,以大数据为驱动优化劳动教育师资队伍。
Under the background of the era of big data,labor education is increasingly showing a multidimensional new pattern.In the logical turn,big data enhances the"diversified"linkage of labor education subjects,promotes the"personalized"reshaping of labor education models,and helps the"creative"transformation of labor education results.In the proper orientation,it is necessary to introduce big data thinking in the cultivation of labor concepts,import big data characteristics in the shaping of labor spirit,and integrate big data skills in the improvement of labor quality.In the practical direction,it is necessary to build an online labor education platform with big data as the connection,improve the labor education evaluation system with big data as the support,deepen the labor education culture and environment with big data as the traction,and optimize the labor education teacher team with big data as the driving force.
