摘要
集团化办学在实际执行中存在多种困境,涉及政府、学校、成员等多个拥有不同利益诉求的主体。以纳什均衡理论为视角,分析政府、集团、学校、师生等主体的博弈关系,剖析集团化办学陷入的纳什均衡迷局,即政府政策愿景与教育集团“变通”执行、任务要求“短重快”与评估标准数字化、优质学校形式帮扶与薄弱学校被动依附、领导集权管理与教师“局外”应对等矛盾。最后,提出以育人为本为统领破解纳什均衡迷局,即顶层设计营造优质发展生态;尊重权利彰显民主协商理念;建构组织自觉生成发展共同体;制度伦理改进促成高质量发展。
Groups-running schools involves multiple stake holders such as government,school and members,who have different interests.From the perspective of Nash equilibrium theory,the paper tries to analyze the relationship of interest subjects such as government,group,teachers and students.That is Nash equilibrium between the government's policy vision and the"flexible"implementation of education groups,the"short weight fast"task requirements and the digital evaluation criteria,the support of high-quality schools and the strong dependence of weak schools,the centralized management of principals and the"outside"communication of teachers.This paper proposes to solve the Nash equilibrium puzzle with humanistic construction,that is drawing a top-level design to create high-quality development ecology;respecting rights demonstrates the concept of democratic consultation;construct a community of organizational self-conscious generation and development;institutional ethics contribute to high-quality development concept.
