党的十八大以来,在习近平总书记关于党的自我革命战略思想指导下,我们党注重运用党内法规制度从严管党治党,走出了主要以坚持依规治党实现“党的自我革命永远在路上”的政党发展之路。作为党推进自我革命的长远之策、根本之策,依规治党以永葆党的先进性和纯洁性为核心目标,以推进全面从严治党为实践主题,在时代发展进程中形塑出独特的“大党建”内容格局、“两个重大作用”功能格局、“大法治”治理格局,并且遵循“自我净化、自我完善、自我革新、自我提高”的方法论指导,发扬彻底的自我革命精神,开创了目前世界上独一无二的党内法规制度建设实践,为新时代全面推进党的自我革命战略,以伟大自我革命引领伟大社会革命提供了充分有力的制度保障。

Since the 18th CPC National Congress,under the guidance of the General Secretary Xi Jinping's thought on the Party's strategy for self-revolution,the CPC has paid attention to the use of intraparty regulations to strictly govern the Party,paving the way for Party development ensuring the guideline that Party's self-revolution will always be on the road.As a long-term and fundamental strategy for the CPC to promote self-revolution,governing the Party according to rules regards maintaining the Party advanced nature and purity as the core goal,and promoting Party self-governance exercised fully and with rigor as the practical theme so that in the process of development,we can shape the unique content pattern in the efforts of"big Party building",the functional pattern of"two important roles",and the management patern of"great rule of law".In addition,following the guidance of the methodology of"self-purification,self-improvement,self-innovation and self-enhancement",and relying on the thorough spirit of self-revolution,it has created a unique practice in the construction of intraparty laws and regulations in the world,and provided sufficient and powerful institutional guarantee for the strategic promotion of the Party's self-revolution in the new era,taking the lead in the social revolution with the Party's self-revolution.
