党建与业务工作深度融合是高职院校党建工作的生命力所在。在党建工作实践中实现“真正融合、深度融合、全面融合”的基本理念与路径主要有四个方面:突出思想政治教育,强化政治建设在人才培养中的引领作用;建立健全制度体系,强调实践创新在基层党建中的价值引导;完善基层组织功能,推进“双带头人”制度下的党建与业务深度融合;融合教育评价理念,深化成果导向的学校基层党建考评改革。

The deep integration of party building and business work is the vitality of party building in higher vocational colleges.The basic idea and path of"true integration,deep integration and comprehensive integration"in the practice of party building work mainly consists of four aspects:highlighting ideological and political education,strengthening the leading role of political construction in talent cultivation,establishing a sound institutional system,emphasizing the value guidance of practical innovation in grassroots party building.Improve the functions of grass-roots organizations and promote the deep integration of party building and business under the"double leader"system.Integrate the concept of educational evaluation and deepen the results-oriented reform of the grassroots party building evaluation in schools.
